Cirrus Health, in 2005, adapted its business model to encompass development and management of physician-owned ambulatory surgery centers and short-stay hospitals. This evolution from developer to developer/manager occurred to adapt to the changing landscape of the healthcare industry Cirrus Health first encountered at its formation in 1999.

Cirrus Health has adapted again.

We still specialize in the development, acquisition and management of ambulatory surgery centers and short-stay hospitals. But we’ve adapted our business model to maintain physician governance while providing recurring income streams through various avenues.

By aligning with local physicians and other healthcare providers in communities, Cirrus and its partners work together to provide the highest quality patient care in modern, state-of-the-art facilities.
